There is this girl I know her birthday 1983 oct 21 and she is born in thailand.

Yes,she has her Sun over your Ascendant, so there are many loving things going on between you and her. Your Mars conjunct her Venus, is another good aspect for a good love relationship. Your Venus opposes her Jupiter, is very good also for love.
