what is th cheapest ways to get to Kai Tak Cruise Terminal from Hong Kong airport

Hi, we will be arriving at HKIA in next week and would like to know what is the cheapest ways to get to Kai Tak Cruise Terminal.

You can take shuttle bus no. E22 to Lower Ngau Tau Kok Estate, Kwun Tong Road. Walk to Kowloon Bay (Telford Garden) bus stop and take no. 86 to the terminal. In this way, you only need to spend 24HKD, but it takes almost two hours.
