What are the requirements when applying for a chinese passport

Hi i was born here in the philippines.. my deceased father is pure filipino while my mother is pure chinese. For some personal reasons my mother made me a chinese citizen, i have been paying my annual report every year.. but the thing is, i dont have a passport.. now that im getting married next year and thought they would be asking for my passport when filing my marriage license.. i was wondering how to apply for a chinese passport and how long would it take.. plus what are the requirements i need to prepare.. thanks in advance
