About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Which one I will get visa after marraige with chinese girl

Hi, I am from Pakistan, now I am in Beijing and I will marraige after 3 week with chinses girl so my question is that after get the marraige certificate I will back to my own country for apply family visa or I can apply from here?, and which best type I will apply,

After you get married, you can try to convert your current visa to a Q type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If it can be done, you don't need to go back to your home country for that.

I will go for marriage after 2 week, i just want to get info before marriage bcz i felt I should go to own country then get visa, but you guide me I am really thankful to you,
I have one question that may I work on Q1 type or if I want to master degree in china so i can get Scholarship easily?

You can neither work nor study in mainland China on Q1 type. You should apply for a work Z type or a student X type for that.
