Can I bring mexican dried chili pepper into China?

I have searched for these kinds of dried chilies in China and can not find them. I would like to import some for personal use.

As I know, you can bring some for your personal use. But you are not advised to bring too much.

Ok well that's ok for now I guess. However one reason I ask is because we are considering to open a Mexican Restaurant here and may need to bring in larger quantities on a regular basis and there doesn't seem to be an importer in China doing so now. Thanks for the reply
