May I know if you will depart from Chengdu? If so, you can fly to Jiuzhaigou Airport and charter a car or take a taxi to Songpan. There you can stay for a day. In the next day, take a bus to Huanglong where you can spend 1-2 days.Generally, the route can be done on your own. But if you prefer all things arranged, it is also fine to turn to a travel agency.
