Bullet train from Ningbo to Hangzhou on 19 Nov 2017 (Sunday)

Hi.. on 16 Nov 2017, we are going to Ningbo for holidays. Will there be bullet tickets available if we purchase the seats (for a family of 4) to Hangzhou at the railway station on departure date 19 Nov 2017? If not, how I can do the booking on line as a foreigner?
