About:China Visa on Arrival

Travel on7-14-2017

Not enough time to apply entry permit due to holiday on 1-7oct 2017.can I go Shenyang

You cannot and must get a visa, which will be impossible since almost all visa application centers will be closed until the national day holiday is over.
