I am French living in Argentina and my husband is Argentinian. Do we need the visa to Hong Kong and Macau?

As far as I know, French and Argentina citizens could visit Hongkong for 90 days without visa. French citizen could also visit Macau without visa. But the Argentineans need the visa to visit Macau.
