Tracking my parcel: Tracking number is RS799539305CN

Please help, My parcel has been saying " Shenzhen office of exchange, has been exported straight seal" for a month now. where is it i have not found anything?

According to the tracking number you provided, the information shows that " Guangzhou office of exchange, has been exported straight seal" for a month now. Not Shenzhen. Maybe your package has arrived its destination country and pending customs inspection. You are advised to consult the local custom.
