About:Dog's Personality and Characteristics

Health in 2018: my name is Alex and I was born September 5, 1994 at around noon.

I am currently exercising a lot to get into shape as I have been quite unhealthy for most of my life. I don't want to be at the size I am anymore. How do I fare going into the new year as far as losing weight? I exercise at least 4-6 days a week for 40 minutes roughly.
