Haven't received jw202 letter, but applying date is 8th August,2017

My name is MUHAMMAD ADEEL RAZZAQUE, I apply in wuhan university of science and technology china on 8th August,2017, I'm still waiting for this letter, My agent says that it take 2 months to reach, you tell me how much days are required to receive this letter.
