jiuzhaigou valley: will be closed in the mid of oct?

Hi, I'm travelling with my boyfriend to Jiuzhaigou next Oct 16th and actually only now I discover that potentially the valley will be closed. This badly affects my trip in China, where I have already paid for everything. Could you please confirm me that the Jiuzhaigou valley will be closed in the mid of October?Thanks Best RegardsAmalia

Sorry, but according to current news, it won’t be open at that time. You are suggested to visit Huanglong Scenic Area, which is also beautiful.
