About:Harbin Ice Festival

We plan to visit Harbin fr Dec 8-15, 2017. We we be able to visit the ice/snow sculpture exhibits?

I am afraid not. It is too early. The sculptures will be available around Dec. 20. If possible, postpone your visit a little.
