Since there are more than one campuses of Yunnan University, I’ll take the one in 3 North Cuihu Rd as an example.
First, you need to walk west for 3 minutes to Shifan Daxue bus station to take bus 22, and get off at East Bus Station.
Then you can take a bus to Shilin, which takes CNY27 and about 1.5 hours.0
