Are buses are still travelling from Chengdu to Chuanzhusi for people to see Huanglong Scenic Area?

Yes, but I just checked that only one bus is available for this trip and it leaves from Chadianzi Bus Station at 08:00 daily. It takes 5-6h. After getting there, you may charter a car to Huanglong.
