Travel from Barcelona - Spain to HK - Shenzhen

I am Venezuelan and my husband is Spanish, we want to travel from Barcelona-Spain to Hong Kong - Shenzhen - Macao, to visit themes Park, Do we need a visa? and, there really is not much information at the consulate of china in barcelona or everything is very confusing if you can help us! thanks!!!
