About:FAQ on China Postal Service

My tracking info is on: 2017-08-30 18:17 Shanghai Qi Yun

Hi,

My tracking info is frozen on: 2017-08-30 18:17 Shanghai Qi Yun. The tracking number is: RF885540014CN. What can I do with it? I send email to China Post support and Hungarian Post support, but they don't answer yet. It is too long time, isn't it? Am I impatient a bit? :-)

Oh, I see. Maybe your package has arrived its destination country and pending customs inspection. You are advised to consult local custom and figure out the problem.

Thanks for the reply.

My first step was, I wrote to Hungarian Post, and the answer was: the parcel is not arrived at my country, please Ask the China Post... but China Post not answered yet.
