Is there any express train from Keelung to Taichung? How much?

In addition, is there any express train to take from Taichung to Taipei? How far? How much?

Yes, there are trains from Keelung to Taichung, and it takes about 3 hour, NT439.
As for train from Taichung to Taipei, you can choose both normal trains and bullet trains. The former one takes about 2h 20 minutes, NT375. The latter one takes 1h and NT765.
