About:Tax Refund

Non-airport TAX Refund offices Beijing / Shenzhen

Hey,

Do you know if there's a way to apply for tax refund NOT at the airport? I will be in Beijing intend to cross the border with Hong Kong by land, so Shenzhen is another option. Thanks for any tips.

Well, as I know, you have to get the get the VAT at airports in China.
