About:China Customs Declaration

If i buy a plasma TV and a second hand laptop do i need to declare them before exiting China?

Yes, you need to declare them. For your convenience, you are advised to take the receipt of your new laptop and TV. I remember that the tax rate is 20% of the value of one item.
