born 21 july 1975, should i take a lateral move in a job to from tn to fl in 2017?

I have the job offer that will potentially change my department and make me move to FL from TN. Should I make the move? It's a lateral move because my current role is stable, I am doing all the work, but I hate my current environment, since no growth opportunity. Makes me feel that I am getting used.

It's predicted that you may achieve higher achievements in 2017 if you change the current environment. Thus just be brave and make some changes. Sometimes, the new working environment will bring more energy to you. :)
