Born 21 july 1975, should I take a lateral move in a job to from TN to FL in 2017?

I have the job offer that will potentially change my department and make me move to FL from TN. Should I make the move? It's a lateral move because my current role is stable, I am doing all the work, but I hate my current environment, since no growth opportunity. Makes me feel that I am getting used.
