Parcel CN310636554CN. What is the state?

I'm getting worried about my EMS parcel which left China on the 18August 2017 and still not reached its destination in ZA.The delivery date of 6 to 21days being reached and still waiting.Is there any ploblems what I need to know before i come to the conclution that my parcel went missing in transit.Please advise what medium of transport being used to my destination in ZA

No arrival of pakage as yet. I have checked with EMS (SAPO) This parcel is exceeding it's promised delivery date by far?Can be that it is still stuck in China?
