Harbin shoes/boots for warmth and walking on ice.

Where in the city, can I buy shoes/boots that can keep my feet warm and at the same time suitable for walking on ice-covered floors?

Actually, you can buy it in all the local shopping malls, here are some: Dongfeng Mall in Tianheng Street, Daowai District, Hongbohui Shopping Center in 301 Hongqi Street, Nangang District, and Yinyuan Shopping Center in 387-2 Dongzhi Rd, Daowai District.
