Canned items and junk food allowed?

I'm moving to China for work for a year. Are chips, cheesies, cookies and canned items of fish and pasta sauce alright to bring into China? How about pasteurized parmesan that is vacuum sealed?

Cheese and canned items of fish are forbidden to pass the customs. Please Don't take it.
As for the pasta sauce and pasteurized parmesan, they are ok to take enough for self use.
