Changing Job - 1976 born Libra Dragon

Hello,

I am 1976 October born Libra Dragon. I am trying very hard to change my current job. My current employer/manager has told me that after Dec 2017 I may not have a contract but this is not for sure. I want to be able to have a job before my current contract ends. What can I do to land up a new job, since i am not sure if my current job will remain after Dec 2017. Please help.
