Getting Around Yunnan

Hi, I am travelling solo and will do Shangrila as well with the following itinerary:
Day 1: Songzanlin Monastery, Napa Lake and old town
I read that it is possible to go on my own to the monastery on bus no. 3. From there, how can i get to old town? Do I need a driver if I include Napa Lake as I don't think there is public transport there?

Day 2: Pudacuo National Park/Baishuitai
Are these places close to one another? Is there any driver to recommend?

Well, as I know, you can take bus 1/3 from Songzanlin Monastery to the old town. But as you said, no transport available to Napa Lake, you can rent a bike or local car there, and the bike takes about CNY30 a day.
As for Pudacuo and Baishuitai, I was told there are buses from the old town to the two places, but no transport is between them, so you are still suggested to charter a car.
