Two questions please.... 1. Can we buy tickets for the performance when we arrive at the temple? 2. Is this a day trip from Zhengzhou or should we stay overnight? Thanks.0

Yes, you can buy the ticket on site; but 1 day is not enough and you need to stay overnight!1

Thank you. If we stay overnight, look around a little little more next morning, and head off to Longmen Grottoes in the afternoon would that be long enough? We are thinking then we would stay overnight on Luoyang, look around that afternoon if time and also the day we head back. We could catch a late train back to Zhengzhou0

To be honest, the time you spend in Luoyang is short, since it takes at least 3h to enjoy the famous Longmen Grottoes in Luoyang. If possible, you are suggested to leave for the city in the morning.0
