Can I apply VOA at entry port at GuangZhou?

For business visit purpose, can a Malaysian apply VOA at entry port at Guangzhou?

Wendy, as I know, Malaysian passport holders cannot apply for VOA at Guangzhou. You are advised to apply for a visa beforehand. If you still doubt, you can call the relevant port to ask, and here is the TEL:(020)36066622
