About:Baggage Allowance and Transportation

baggage size

How strict are they on the high speed trains with baggage size? My husband`s suitcase is 5" to 6" over the total dimension for the luggage size allowance. Will this be a problem?

The luggage is hardly checked in fact, it is no problem to have it with you in the carriage
