Hi , Could U tell me How can I have transit G type at shanghai or beijing airport, I flight to Tokyo, transit at Shanghai of Beijing from 10-20 hours.Can I go out for sightseeing ?

Acc, you cannot get transit G type upon arrival at China. You need to make the application beforehand. If you travel like country A-Shanghai or Beijing (24 hours)-country B, you will be eligible for the 24 hour direct transit in Shanghai or Beijing. There is no need to apply for a transit G type then. You can just apply for a free temporary stay permit and then you can go to the city for a visit.
