How is Xi'an weather in early November? Any dust storm? Will it be icy/snowing on top of Mt Huashan?

November is the winter season in Xian and the temperature is a bit low, especially in the evening. It might snow on top of Mt. Huashan at that time, so you are advised to take some warm clothes if you visit the mountain in November. Just keep an eye on the weather report before leaving and choose to go there in good weather.1
