July 17, 1972: Just closed on a house Aug 31/17 and found out sellers hid serious mouse/rat problem.

Even had home inspection and agent and many people viewed house before it closed nobody noticed how bad it was. I have had to dispose of all appliances and will need to gut kitchen area floors and cupboards-many thousands of dollars in repairs. Just noticed Mice outside the property as well.

Thinking about pursuing SCC action against sellers. Wondering if this will work out in my favour or I should just suck it up and move on-single mom invested all my money and RRSP's in this house-so distraught. Not sure if I should try and fix things and then sell looking for advice?

**NOTE: house in had rat issue in backyard now resolved-new home has rats and mice-ex just found rats in his home he was going to let me stay until I repair my home-wondering if there is an underlying theme for this?

For love life wondering if I will get back with my ex?
