Is there a cheaper black taxi/app for hiring a car from Suzhou to Shanghai

Is there any APP Car hiring or safety black taxi or shuttle bus traveling from Suzhou to Shanghai?

usually it may not easy to find a taxi for such a long trip, but you may find private car for this service or go by carpool. Or maybe you can use a rail or bus service instead

Railway sometimes are Fully booked.For unexpected trip to Suzhou booking via APP or online is higher price than it's original price if you buy by the window ticketing in the railway station.
I'm just hoping to get info on where to hop in a legit carpool either from Shanghai ↔ Suzhou.

In fact there is no legit carpool service, you may have a try for some taxis. If cannot find one, you may turn to other private car. As I known, there are over hundred rail rides a day between this two cities. If you are not travel during holidays, it should be possible to get a ticket at the railway station before departure. A rail ticket should be cheaper then carpool
