can i apply for chinese business m in the philippines with uk passport

I am uk passport holder living in the Philippines with a residence visa. Can I apply for a multi entry Chinese business M at the embassy in the Philippines or does it have to be done in the uk.

Hi, it's possible for you to make the application from there as long as you have valid residence permit in the Philippines. You can have a try. If it cannot be done there, you need to go back to your home country for that.
