About:Year of the Rabbit

Start business or not: wood rabbit born on Mar.14, 1975 at 1.30 am at GMT+5.30 at longitude 78.271.

I am in USA working but not satisfied. My questions are is it favorable to

1. Start my own company
2. Join 2 other ppl to start a company
3. Join another job or stick to my current job and company
