About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Arrive in Beijing at 6am depart midnight (within 24 hours)

My family is arriving from Europe and I have booked a tour of Beijing to see the sights in a day. Our flight to Australia is around midnight.

1. Is the 72 hour free transit the correct one to apply for ??
2. Will we need to take our luggage out with us and re-check in later ??
3. If so, where can we store the luggage ??

Hi, you will qualify for the 24 hr direct transit in Beijing. Please contact with the airlines to ask if your luggage will be delivered to the final destination directly. If yes, you don’t need to claim it after arrival. Otherwise, you need to claim the luggage and then you can store it inside the airport.
