About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Direct transit or 72 hour free transit for 8 hours in Shanghai and 40 hours in Hong Kong

we arrived in Shanghai on 17/10/2017 at 09h55 en we leave Shanghai by cruiseship 17/10/2017 at 17h00
we only come back in Hong Kong by ship on 28/10/2017 at 07h00 and leave Hong Kong by plane on
29/10/2017 at 23h40 (40 hours); Do we need a visa ?
