About:China Postal Service

Somebody has sent me a letter from Serbia to China 15 days ago via Public Post. It says "delivered".

But did not get any letter. What to do now? RR231630506RS

The information shows that the carrier has delivered this package successfully. If you still didn't receive the package, you are advised to contact the package sender or shipping carrier for clarification.
