I would like two spend 2 days in Xiahe from Lanzhou.

Hello!

Where is the bus station in Lanzhou and what time is it advised to take the 4 hours drive bys to XH?

Staying in Xiahe:
where can I stay and how should I plan 2 days visit of the area?

Go to Lanzhou Passenger Transport Center to take a direct bus. I remember only two buses are scheduled and they leave at 07:40 and 08：30. The fare is CNY65. If you cannot catch them, go to South Bus Station and take a bus to Linxia first, then change to another bus to reach ur destination.

For attractions, I'd recommend the Labrang Monastery and Sangke Grassland to you. You may consider staying at Nirvana Hotel, from which you can walk to the Labrang Monastery within 5min.
