Do I need a transit visa in Hong Kong?

I am holder of Ethiopian passport and living in Melbourne. on my inbound flight I have a connection time at Hong Kong international airport to Melbourne. Do I need a transit visa for this? If so could you please let me know the procedures to follow? That would be appreciated.
