Xian to Luoyang via bullet train?

After my stay in Xian, I would like to make my way to Beijing, but I would also like to catch Luoyang on the way. Is it possible to go to Luoyang on high speed ride, and then Luoyang to Beijing on high speed, as well? Are bullet rides just direct (ie: no stops?)

Will you get off at Luoyang for visit or just passing by on the ride? If you want to get off for a visit, you need to different rides: Xian-Luoyang and Luoyang-Beijing. If you stay onboard, you can choose a ride with a stopover in Luoyang and only get off at Beijing.

Thank you Talbot for your response. I am wanting to get off in Luoyang. My main question is if there is the option to take the bullet train from Xian to Luoyang, and then again from Luoyang to Beijing. I don't want to be stuck on a really long train ride, that's all.
