About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Application on Behalf

Understand that I can fill in the application form, submit it, and collect on behalf of my family member.
Do they need to sign under Applicant's Signature, or only me to sign under Part 5?

Hi, they need to sign under Applicant's Signature, and you need to sign under Part 5 as well if you are the applicant's behalf.
