I am Nov 1 1990 born , Iam planing to change company..

I would like know is it good to change company or stay in the same company ..also I looking for onsite opportunity .. will I get onsite chance ?plz let me know my fortune .thank you

Well, there won't have many promotions in your current job in the second half of the year. Thus if you wanna change into a new work environment, it would be ok. But you still need to make great efforts to perform very well. Besides, do you refer to the outside opportunity? If yes, you may find only a few.
