You can only be good friends. 7 years difference is not a good match for long time relationship. It is good for a short time relationship. Libra and Capricorn have different values. As long the person with Fire, is the centre-stage, it is fine. If the person with Wood element wants to be in charge, it could never happen, as wood has to burn to keep the fire going.
