Three ferries are available for the route. According to ur timing, two may suit, and they leave at 15:20 and 18:40.

After landing, don't go through the immigration. Directly walk to the Arrival Level, T1 and buy the ferry ticket at the Ferry Ticket Counter at Transit Area E2; meanwhile, show your luggage tag receipt and they will help you handle the luggage.
