Need guide for bus number or subway from bell tower to terracota warrior please, thank you before

The buses to Terracotta Warriors are available at the east square of Xian Railway Station, which is only about 3km from the Bell Tower. So I suggest you take a taxi to reach at a cost of CNY9-10. Then go and take Tourist Bus Line 5 (no. 306), 914 or 915. You may arrive at Terracotta Warriors within 70min.
