I cannot ride a bicycle but my hubby can. Do the public bike in Hangzhou offers 2 persons bike?

ReplyI found someone said there are tandem bicycles near Bai Causeway and Broken Bridge, but they also mentioned that it’s not allowed to ride tandem bicycle around the Lake.
