Which element compliments and doesn't compliment the other?

For example, you said in an answer that Wood is good for fire and water is bad. What would be the good and bad for the rest? Thank you!

For wood, water is good and metal is bad. For water, metal is good and earth is bad. For metal, earth is good and fire is bad. For earth, fire is good and wood is bad.
