About:China Student Visa

X2 and need to leave country earlier

To whom it may concern, my friend has a X2 and need to leave earlier , does he pay a penalty? must he apply for exist visa? and how much will it be

If the X2 type is still valid, your friend can leave the country directly. No need to pay a penalty for that. Don't worry!
